- Payment Method
- We accept all major credit card payments. We also have SSL certificate installed and is secured to accept credit card payment. (8.25% tax will be added to purchases for IL residents)
- Ordering
- Our shop features mostly one-of-a-kind or limited quantity products. There maybe time that the item is sold out and we will not be able to restock for a period of time. We currently do not offer back order.
- Shipping
- All items will be shipped via U.S. Postal at a flat rate of $4.85 for both US and international order. U.S. domestic orders will be send using 2-3 days priority and international will send as first class airmail with no tracking. *note* international customers, please be aware that there maybe custom duty fee charge at your post office. We are not responsible for the charge. For special shipping requests, please contact us. We are not responsible for damage or lost caused by the US Postal Service. If your package is lost in the mail, please file a report with your local post office so they can contact you if they found it. International buyers, please be aware that there is no tracking for international packages.
- Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of a defect, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery and we will refund your purchases (all return items must be in new conditions for full refund). Buyer will be responsible for postage mailing to MAUstudio.

Information provided to us is used for processing your order only. For purchases using paypal, please refer to their privacy policy regarding transactions.
